We understand that pets are part of the family. That’s why your pets are welcome to join our community at Amherst Gardens.

Pet Policy

• Large dogs & cats welcome
• Maximum two pets per apartment
• $35/mo. Pet rent per pet, $300 Non Refundable Pet Fee
• No weight limit
• Management reserves the right to enforce add’l restrictions or make exceptions on a case-by-case basis

Restricted breeds include, but are not limited to: Pit bull, Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Rottweiler, Great Dane, Presa Canario, Alaskan Malamute, German Shepherd, Akita, Siberian Husky, Wolf-Hybrid, and other similar dogs known for their aggression. Mixed breeds that include a portion of the above breeds are not allowed.
